FRESCOED SUITES

Our suites are special. For guests who want to enjoy the original features added by skillful painters and stonemasons several hundred years ago, 18 unique suites are available. Under the supervision of the Italian Fine Art Commission, who have played an important role in the restoration of the castle, a collection of irreplaceable art treasures of immense, historic value have been uncovered and brought back to life. Distinctive characteristics vary from suite to suite and include original frescoes, vaulted ceilings and distinguished fireplaces. In some suites luxurious solutions have been created for the centre of bathrooms, to preserve the beautiful frescoed walls.

ANCIENT DECORATION, MODERN STANDARDS

Charming variations in the style and identity distinguish each of our suites, telling the stories of occupants from centuries past. Paint colours have been identically matched to recreate the original decoration of each suite, including hand painted ceilings and family crests. To the backdrop of centuries past, all rooms and suites feature the latest in technological solutions, including air-conditioning, flat-screen televisions for in-room entertainment and high speed internet access. Luxurious touches such as goose down duvets and cashmere blankets complement the modern amenities to create the ultimate hotel experience. Stand alone bathtubs, marble sinks and comfortable showers make our bathrooms very special.
